My migraine has waxed and waned over the past four days, but it's never completely gone away. My wrist still hurts. The anti-heartburn medication is doing nothing anymore, and I'm dizzy and wobbly.

And I'm not sick. This is just me. I'm not quite able to stand for significant lengths of time, and I've got tons to do.

Question reiterated.

*big hug* I hope the migraine goes away soon, and the heartburn, and the wrist pain.

The only bit of that I could practically help with the slightest bit is the heartburn -- have you tried elderflower tea? It saved my digestion when I was pregnant and had heartburn really unpleasantly. I discovered this property quite on my own, I was drinking it because I was off caffeine and I like the taste. I don't know if you can get Twining's Elderflower Strawberry and Rose or Dr Stuart's Elderflower and Lemon where you are, which are both pleasant tisanes, but you can probably get dried elderflowers and make tea with them and see if it helps. The doctor was scornful, but it worked much better than the medicine.

I do hope the migraine recedes as rapidly as it might, that your wrist heals and that you wake feeling whole and strong.

I'd be happy to send you energy healing/clearing if you'd like. I do this for my friends freely. It can't hurt, even if you do not believe in it. I don't remember your last name, however, which would help in the connecting. Get in touch if you like.

What he said.
I've had those times of being unwell-but-not-sick, so I understand the feeling.
