wargoddess just posted that Dave's cat, Persephone, just died.

I'm going to miss her so much. She was the damaged little sweet cat that we've talked about so much before, who we took care of when Dave was in the hospital. She was the one who had the corkscrew tail and the weird hips, and the ear mite damage so bad that it messed up her balance.

She's the one that was once outsmarted by a dead beetle. Lis posted about that one. She was three weeks shy of seven years old, so I don't know how she died. Except I know she was having terrible problems with fleas which she was horribly allergic to -- I don't know if that had something to do with it.

Look, any Khemetics out there who want to make a prayer or two to Bast for her, I won't say no.

The poor, poor sweet thing.
