Do it, brother.

If I don't keep up the physical activities - gym, etc - other things in my life fall apart - mood, health, sleep - lots of things.

Don't make yourself crazy - don't commit to an overextended schedule - push yourself but don't hurt yourself. And don't get discouraged - it takes a little while to get back up to speed and there's no shame in taking it slow. I know - I was out for a couple of weeks (I know, it sounds like nothing, but a couple of weeks is enough to start to make me crazy!) and the first time back, it's *hard*!

But, do it. It's good and good for you!
