I will chime in and suggest you both discuss this with an impartial counselor. I also suggest you both take time to intensely take care of children of different ages for a period of time. Work as a live in child care person or in some other capacity with children. You both may find the reality of the situation different from what you think and you both may then wish to re-evaluate you positions.
