Interesting how that works, isn't it? We grew up mostly saltless, also, but I still prefer much less salt than most people. Have started liking it much more now that I'm older; my taste buds are clearly shifting, and I actually use it now---sometimes quite a bit.

We were all about the white flour and sugar, though, and now I eat whole grains and turbinado sugar. Go figure.

Really makes me wonder what to do about the sprog. Though I suspect that mucking around with his current diet for the sake of future eating preferences is just plain silly.
