IAN: That was a very odd exchange.
LIS: [looking up for the first time] What did you say? I wasn't listening.
IAN: I said, "I like Ovaltine," and you said, "I love you" in a long-suffering tone.
LIS: I did? Oh -- was I supposed to be paying attention to you or something?
