I taught Hebrew school, then fell asleep
Apr. 3rd, 2005 10:25 pmAfter coming back home, Lis and I walked down to the center of town, got Mexican food, walked home, and fell into bed and fell asleep.
At around nine PM, Lis took a shower, and then, because she doesn't like sleeping with wet hair, decided to watch Back To School, the Rodney Dangerfield movie.
I just couldn't get into it. There's a lot of good stuff in it, but I just couldn't get past the premise. The whole idea is that it's a fish-out-of-water comedy -- a wealthy sixty-year-old blue-collar-background rich guy as a college freshman ivory-tower college setting. And, well, I've known too many sixty-year-old blue-collar-background college freshmen to see that as anything unusual or remarkable. So I decided to read LiveJournal instead.
