Anyone need a chicken neck?

See, a broiled chicken neck is one of the things that you put on the seder plate. And the Butcherie sells chicken necks by the pound. I got the smallest thing of 'em that I could find. But I'm going to use one for the seder plate, and maybe another one or two for soup, and that leaves like a dozen. Anyone want one, or ten?

My mother, who is definitely not a vegetarian, always puts a beet on our seder plate. I think the reason a beet is chosen is, well, it's sort of red, and juicy...

Another possibility is a sweet potato. Because, doesn't it say that we're supposed to have the Pascal Yam on our seder plate? :-)
