If you want animals that are significant in Celtic tradition, you want salmon, raven, horse, cow, even bees...dogs and wolves do feature in there, but their concept of why the dog was notable was not as a pet but as a watchdog or a hunting hound. The quiz seems to be mish-mashing modern pagan ideas from a wide spectrum into some idea of "druid animals". Typical. Amusing that you got the Bear, though. :)
