I don't know Biblical Hebrew, but I have studied it some and know somewhat about it, and I believe that it has no copula in the present tense. I know that to be true of Russian; e.g.,

I am in America.	Я __ в Америке.
I was in America.	Я был в Америке.
I will be in America.	Я буду в Америке.
