I do hope so. I don't think the majority of the civilian support for the Blunt Amendment comes from support for religious freedom, but from a desire to suppress reproductive rights. The whole religious freedom angle was always a pretty transparent smokescreen even before Limbaugh, in his noxious windbagginess, blew it away.
