A Talmud quote:

From Sanhedrin 7a: "When our love was strong, my wife and I could have slept on the blade of a sword. Now that love is not strong, a bed sixty cubits wide isn't enough for us."

I just bring this up because Lis and I ended up falling asleep on the sofa together. Cramped, but actually quite nice.

AND two cats were able to jam themselves into the mix, too.

Aww.

Of course these days the limiting factor for us seems to be aging shoulders. They can only support so much weight for so long before we flee to more disjoint sleeping positions.

As adorable and true as this is, strong love could use a *blanket* sixty cubits wide because SOMEBODY likes to steal it in their sleep.

Same in our relationship! We can be crammed together in a tiny bed, and I still wake up with half the blanket. I have no idea how he does it...but I suspect he learned it from me. *helpless laugh*
