Your positive experiences sometimes make me wish I tried harder for a longer time after I went to bartending school to find a position. But it was '92-93, there was recession, and where I was living nobody would hire someone with only a bartending education but no experience. I just ended up becoming too frustrated and downhearted especially when I learned the school I attended went out of business pretty much right after they "graduated" me (or should I say stole from me). But you seem to really love bartending, and it's a fabulous thing to love your job.
