Assuming what is written is in a private journal, not intended for sharing, does how the thing is written play a role in determining whether or not it is lashon ha-ra? I'm thinking of the difference between "So-and-so is ....." and "When So-and-so does this thing, I feel......" or (Sometimes I feel that So-and-so is (doing this unflattering thing)."
