I'm still confused as to when "satire", "spoof" and "take-off" became "filk"

When they're on science fiction or fantasy topics, or when the person writing it THINKS it's filk. Since this was sparked, at least indirectly, by Elizabeth Bear's Shakespeare-and-Marlowe fantasy novel, and since it kind of refers to the theory that there was a Mysterious Conspiracy To Kill Marlowe, and, mainly, because Lis says so and she wrote it, it makes the cut.
