Athsma

So, this morning, I couldn't find my athsma inhaler. I had it when I helped Mike move, and it REALLY helped, and I couldn't find it today, and it feels like I'm suffocating.

This is great news. Not that I can't find my inhaler, but that I feel like I'm suffocating when I'm not using it.

I'm annoyed because, before I had the inhaler, I wasn't aware that I was suffocating, so it didn't annoy me. But that suggests that at least some of the problems I've been having has been because I wasn't breathing. So now, we KNOW what one problem is, AND what the solution is!

'Course, I still need to find the inhaler.

If you feel like you're suffocating, and can't readily find your inhaler, please go buy another one. Now. A feeling of suffocation is the body's demand for immediate assistance.
